[FREE] Leading a Democratic Dialogue: Navigating Relationships and Conversations

Are you nervous to have a conversation with your colleagues, including donors, volunteers, staff, and/or board members? Do you feel like you don’t know how to connect and communicate with others very well? Using the Conversations Toolkit, we will delve deeper into approaching democratic dialogues, and how to connect with individuals across generations, backgrounds, and demographics. This presentation will be facilitated by April Love-Loveless, the National Bonner Leader VISTA at Averett University. Note: This event is likely to extend a bit over our regular one hour session due to conversations, so please allot an extra half-hour to stay until 10:30AM if possible!
