[FREE] Economic Transformation Through Education

Join us in January for a special site visit for our first Fundamental Friday of 2019 at The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (IALR)! The Institute is made up of four departments that focus on economic transformation in Southern Virginia. In their Advanced Learning department they do this by providing public workshops, targeted education opportunities, grant writing/management, and community outreach. They want to continue to build relationships with community partners and non-profit agencies so we welcome you to a presentation about the Institute’s current projects, future endeavors, and full tour of their facility. We will also discuss ways you can partner throughout the year with projects such as the SOVA Career Choice Expo and the STEM-H Summit.
