As a set of strategies for increasing focus, resilience, and joy, mindfulness helps us notice what’s happening at home, at work, and on the inside – and then create the mental and emotional space to respond, instead of simply reacting.
In this 90-minute session, we will:
- Discuss the connections between stress and burnout
- Recognize the signs of burnout
- Build concrete skills, including contemplative practices, to prevent burnout
- Create an action plan for integrating resilience practices into daily work life
