Working Your Strategic Plan
February 22, 2019 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Don’t let your strategic plan you worked so hard on be just another pretty binder on the shelf! This session helps you get the most out of your strategic plan by discussing what to look for and what tasks to accomplish after the plan is in place, including:
— Managing the changes needed for success
— Creating operating plans based on the strategic plan
— Deciding how to measure the success of your plan
— Identifying the board’s role in monitoring the plan
— Designing the monitoring process
— Making changes to your plan
Nonprofits that have already created a strategic plan will benefit the most. The workshop focuses on the most important steps after creating a plan. Now that you’ve got a plan, how do you ensure it is beneficial to your nonprofit?
This is event is a $35 investment for members of the Dan River Nonprofit Network (check our Member Directory) and a $55 investment for non-members. If you would like to join the Network for this year to get this rate and future discounts, click here. (Organizational membership ranges from $35 – $200).
