Leadership Southside has contributed to the region’s comeback story by empowering the individuals and organizations who have played a role in the community’s revitalization with the leadership tools, knowledge, and networks to create a positive impact. This program is based on the philosophy of “leadership from any chair”, and it encourages participants to explore their own leadership journey and take their leadership skills to the next level. As each individual’s capacity for growth increases, so does our region’s capacity for success.
