The session will feature sections for both large group Q&A and race based caucusing, and will center on responding to your needs as leaders committed to building anti-racist nonprofit organizations. Tiye Sherrod is a Trainer, Speaker and Educator on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She consults with leaders and organizations across the US to help them build the process and the structures they will need to engage their teams and become anti-racist institutions. Her expertise lies in healthy communication, process design, and social justice education.
Kristine Sloan is a Facilitator and Strategist. As a former client of Tiye’s, she has engaged the work of building an anti-racist organization firsthand. She is an organizational management and design expert, with specific training in facilitation, working with tension, and strategic thinking.
