Twinkle is a tireless volunteer board member of the Caswell County Historical Association, the Board of Directors President for the Thomas Day House, planner of the Christmas in Milton and 4th of July celebrations, and is a tour guide of all of the historic sites within Milton and beyond. Additionally, Twinkle does all of this while taking care of her her elderly parents, Bettie and Earl Richmond, by shuttling them to their weekly doctor appointments and such. She is a trustee at her church and plans many of the functions there. Twinkle is someone whom I admire and have the utmost respect for. She is more than deserving of this honor to be recognized as a community leader and volunteer. Please seriously consider her for this award.
