Linda Zimmermann created Danville Cares and has helped numerous families. Not only has Linda chosen Danville Cares, she also has been part of the creation of Smokestack Theatre Company. Linda also is Vice President of the Friends of the Danville VA Public Library board. She is one of the hardest working and most dedicated volunteers. Linda works full time for herself and continues to find ways to dedicate time to other organizations. Linda will do anything to help and being recognized for this award is a small way to show that her efforts do not go unnoticed.
