DESCRIPTION:RSVP!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy join the fourth cohort of Collaboration Lab? \nApplications will be opening soon for the fourth cohort of Collaboration Lab\, a partnership between Danville Regional Foundation\, Healthy Places by Design and the Tamarack Institute. DRF fundamentally believes in the power of collaboration to transform our region. They are committed to supporting the structures\, networks and connections that lift up community voices\, bring people together to tackle our communities’ challenges and ultimately make this a great place to live. This work doesn’t happen without dedicated people like you who work tirelessly to make a difference in our region. Many members of our community are already forming innovative collaborations to create change\, with the understanding that no one person\, organization\, or even system can make the changes we want to see alone. \nWith that in mind\, they will be recruiting for a fourth cohort of Collaboration Lab\, a ten-month opportunity to come together with other regional leaders from a variety of disciplines to share and discover the best strategies for creating and strengthening collaborative networks. \nThe Collaboration Lab is designed as a learning journey to:  \n\nBuild cross-sector relationships\,\nEnhance collaborative leadership skills\,\nPractice innovative approaches and\nUncover strategies for meaningfully engaging people in a sustained collaboration.\n\nThe program will include the opportunity to complete a planning process for a new collaboration or enhance an existing collaborative effort\, with the help of national experts and local peers. Participants will emerge from the program with a deeper understanding of the ways we can implement the most impactful strategies within our context for change and join the growing network of local ambassadors for collaboration.

This program is based on the philosophy of “leadership from any chair”\, and it encourages participants to explore their own leadership journey and take their leadership skills to the next level.
