DESCRIPTION:Join us for a live coloring competition and shopping event raising funds and awareness in support of local organizations. Visit www.wecolorforacause.com for more details. \nBenefiting: Boys & Girls Clubs of the Danville Area\, CIC Head Start\, Cross Roads Truth House\, Dan River Nonprofit Network\, Danville Cares\, Danville Speech & Hearing Center\, Galileo Art Club\, George Washington High School Band\, George Washington High School FBLA\, Haven of the Dan River Region\, Martinsville/Henry County National Society of Black Engineers\, PATHS\, The Center For Housing Education\, and Twin Springs Elementary \nShop anywhere in the Mall and show your receipt to earn a point for a participating organization. All organizations receive $1 for each point earned and the organization with the most points wins “Shoppers Choice” and a $250 donation \nParticipating organizations will be in center court coloring a mural to raise awareness for their cause. Judges will vote on the organization with the most complete\, colorful and collaborative mural to win “Judges Choice” and a $250 donation. \nThroughout the evening organizations will be speaking about their cause. DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Danville Mall on March 5th from 5-7PM for this year’s Color for a Cause! Color for a Cause is a live mural coloring contest and shopping event raising funds and awareness for local organizations\, including the Dan River Nonprofit Network. Come help us make sure our mural is vibrant and colorful! \nEach organization is provided a 6-foot mural and coloring supplies. Everyone has two hours to color their mural and shop on behalf of a cause. Patrons can shop anywhere in the Mall and show their receipt in center court to earn a point for a participating cause.
