If an activity doesn’t add value or fulfill your purpose\, STOP doing it. At some point\, everything must work together\, and everything (and everyone) must serve the purpose.” \nDoes your organization or team have a purpose of shared significance guiding decisions and attracting others? Or are you and your charisma at the center and/or top of things? \nAssuming an inspiring purpose\, are your metrics/goals aligned accordingly? – How do you measure impact considering those you serve\, but first\, regarding those you depend on? \nFinally\, how do you go about giving your people the confidence to deliver on the organizational Purpose? \nJoin us for our August Networking session where we will hear from Rich Sinclair\, a Built on Values® Leadership Partner and Founder of The Leading Schools Forward Initiative out of Chapel Hill\, NC. Rich’s background is in education where he has led the turnaround of four schools including three at risk of closing due to enrollment or performance\, and another that had shut down for a week in the year prior due to gang related behavior. For the last nine years\, he has studied and practiced proven shared leadership frameworks in line with the highest performing and most enjoyable places to work in the world. Today as a consultant\, he partners with pioneer People Ink to help schools\, districts\, medical centers and other nonprofits (including the local Caswell Family Medical Center) to build enviable high-performance cultures based on values and purpose.
