DESCRIPTION: \n \n\nChanging the world is tough! As we do the work and navigate increasing uncertainty & complexity\, personal burnout become a threat to organizational effectiveness and impact. Mindfulness can help! As a set of strategies for increasing focus\, resilience\, and joy\, mindfulness helps us notice what’s happening at home\, at work\, and on the inside – and then create the mental and emotional space to respond\, instead of simply reacting.\n\n\n\nIn this 90-minute session\, we will:\n\n\n\nDiscuss the connections between stress and burnout\nRecognize the signs of burnout\nBuild concrete skills\, including contemplative practices\, to prevent burnout\nCreate an action plan for integrating resilience practices into daily work life
